Return Policy

• We offer free return within 21 days from the invoice date.
• All returns must have a Return Authorization prior to processing.
• Decorated or washed garments cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• No returns will be accepted after 21 days from the invoice date.
• Buyers must ensure the accuracy of style, color, size, and quantity before decorating orders shipped to third parties.
• We do not facilitate exchanges; customers must place new orders for desired items.
• Returns are not accepted for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico, nor for any type of undergarments.

Returns Procedure & Refund Duration:

• Email at support@blankchoice.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order, including the invoice number.
• Within 72 hours, we will issue the RA number and provide return instructions via email.
• Package the full or partial order for return, ensuring the RA is enclosed.
• Affix the provided return label on the package if the return is due to a mistake or incorrect shipment.
• After receiving return at our warehouse; we will issue refund within 5 business days.
